You are visiting this page because as our previous customers you have recently received a communication from us informing you about our relaunch and the energy products we can offer to you. We have provided more information about how we are processing your data and why we have made contact with you.

Why have you contacted me?

You are most likely aware that our previous supply partner Robin Hood Energy has, unfortunately, gone into an administration. We are very excited to inform you that we have now relaunched our energy products in partnership with Octopus Energy, which has a reputation for providing great customer service and it is Which? recommended provider 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021. Therefore, we have contacted you under the legitimate interest to let you know this exciting news and because we believe that you could benefit from our new products and you could save money on your energy.

I don’t remember opting-in to receiving marketing communication. How could you contact me?

Our Data Retention Policy, shown in our Privacy Policy, explains that we will keep your details whilst you remain our customer and for up to 36 months thereafter, and that we may contact you under the legal purpose of legitimate interest.

This does not impact your rights as a data subject and if you wish that we remove your data in full, you can do so via the form below.

Will you contact me again?

If you have applied to switch your energy to Ebico Living, under our partnership with Octopus Energy, we will not contact you with the same information again, and the new contractual terms will apply.

If you have requested that we remove your details via a link provided in our email communication, we will delete your data and will not contact you again.

If you have received a letter from us and no longer wish to receive communication from us, please complete the form below.

If you do nothing, we will contact you no more than three times altogether. After which we will delete all your data, unless you enter into a new contract with us, then the new contractual terms will apply.
