For credit customers, there are two ways you can pay your bills for Ebico Living energy plans.
We prefer payment by monthly Direct Debit, because it’s easier for customers and it’s easy to manage in your online account.
You can choose to pay by bank transfer, cheque, credit/debit card, or cash via PayPoint. You can also switch to us with a Pay As You Go meter or request to move onto a Pay As You Go solution.
