Unfortunately, our energy supply partner, Rebel Energy, has ceased trading and we, at Ebico Living, are truly sorry for any inconvenience that the failure of Rebel Energy causes to customers. However, customers should rest assured that their energy supply will continue and any credit that they have in their accounts will be protected. Ofgem has initiated its normal procedures for these circumstances and will select an alternative supplier to take-on responsibility for customers’ supply contracts.
